TS8 ∞ Day 17 (Sensational Circuits)

The 16 movements are in two groups. The first eight are: repeated in a circuit, and the other eight are: completed as a yoga cool down. 

Repeat exercises 1-8 three to five times, rest for 1-2 minutes. 

1) 24 Side Jacks (12 per side)

2) 16 Standing Knee-to-Elbows (8 per side)

3) 8 Inchworms

4) 16 Reverse Crunches

5) 12 Kettlebell Swings

6) 8 Deadlifts

7) 16 Roundhouse Kicks (8 per side)

8) Bridge Pose (hold) for 8 breaths

 

Flow through poses 9-16 as a cool down; hold for as many breaths as you prefer. 

 

9) Gate Pose

10) Chair Pose Twist

11) Standing Forward Bend

12) Wind Relieving Pose

13) Reclining Hero Pose

14) Garland Pose

15) Warrior 1

16) Shoulder Stand
