Perform each movement, pose, and exercise for 1 min. Complete as a circuit two to three times. After cooling down, then enter Savasana for as long as needed.

2c) Dumbbell Close-Grip Bench Press

3a) Dance or Free Movement

3b) Happy Baby

3c) Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows

4a) Dance or Free Movement

4b) Locust Pose

4c) Dumbbell Front Raise

5a) Dance or Free Movement

5b) Low Lunge Pose

5c) Step-Ups

6) Savasana
