Overview:

There are four groups of 4 poses, 16 total. Poses 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 require movement and flow with your breath. Poses 2, 6, 10 are opportunities to convey your strength. Poses 4, 8, 12, 14 & 16 will challenge you differently; they will prompt you to find relaxation within. HAPPY means Healthy Actions Peacefully Promoting Youthfulness, and today our intention is a HAPPY spine + back!
